Richa Chadha Deletes Twitter App From Her Phone; Says, 'Takes Too Much, Is Toxic'
Richa Chadha is one of the few Bollywood celebrities who has been very active on social media. She uses the platforms to share her opinions on various matters. She also has been trolled a lot in the past owing to her opinion on social issues. She is known for her headstrong approach, but has been unjustifiably slammed on Twitter. But she ensures every time to give it back to the haters.

On Tuesday however, Richa took her fans by surprise by announcing that she is deleting Twitter from her phone. She uninstalled the app saying that it's too toxic. She shared a tweet which read, "Deleting this app off of my phone. Takes too much, is toxic. Bye."

This came after the actress gave a befitting reply to a social media user on Twitter who made a distasteful comment on her relationship with beau Ali Fazal. A user had tweeted in Hindi, "When are you getting divorced? Tell us. Because your marriage is not going to last long, just like Aamir Khan's."

Reacting to this, Richa tweeted, "Sarvesh, forget about me, are you losing your mind because no one married you willingly? In your case, it must have been the girl who had asked for dowry. Neither you have looks nor intelligence and you are also poor? Your mother must have switched from LPG to an earthen stove. My regards to aunty. What sort of s**** faced devil have you brought into this world? This unemployed, pitiable person can only dare to comment here." Ali and Richa have been dating for a long time. The couple had planned to tie the knot last year, but postponed it due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Earlier this year, Richa spilled her wedding plans with Ali and told BollywoodLife, "We want people to enjoy, if we do something, then people should be able to hug you.. meet.. so that's why we've just held out on doing something big. Hopefully... end of this year.. hopefully, if things are better, if there's less casualties during the third wave."
